Accessibility Statement

Tradefend LLC ("Tradefend", "we") wants every trader to be able to use our website (tradefend.com) and our web application (app.tradefend.com), including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes the standard we work to, what we have done so far, what we know still falls short, and how to reach us if something does not work for you.

1. Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive impairments. We also treat the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as the framework our accessibility work is measured against.

2. What we have done

• Keyboard access. Every control on the website can be reached and operated with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator. A "Skip to content" link is the first focusable element on the home page.
• Structure and labels. Pages use semantic landmarks (navigation, main, footer), a logical heading order, and text alternatives or explicit labels on images, icons and controls. Decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
• Colour and contrast. Body text and controls are designed to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratio against their backgrounds. Colour is never the only way information is conveyed: rule states in the terminal carry a text label alongside their colour.
• Motion. Animated elements, including the scrolling platform and firm displays and the live equity chart, honour the operating system's "reduce motion" setting, and the scrolling displays carry a visible pause control and stop when hovered or focused.
• Resizing. Layouts reflow to phone widths and text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content or function.
• Forms. Sign-up, sign-in and onboarding forms use programmatic labels, clear error messages and no time limits.

3. Known limitations

We are a small team and our product is a live, data-dense trading dashboard. We are honest about where we are today:

• The equity chart in the terminal is a visual element. The figures it plots (equity, today's profit or loss, the rule floors) are also shown as text on the same screen, but the chart itself is not yet described for screen readers point by point.
• Third-party pages we link to (prop firms, trading platforms, our payment provider) are outside our control.
• Some brand logos are supplied by third parties and their contrast against our background is theirs, not ours; every logo also carries a text name for assistive technology.

We review these limitations as part of ongoing development and update this statement when they change.

4. Feedback and help

If you find a part of the website or the terminal that you cannot use, or you would like content in another format, please tell us. We will respond within five business days and work with you to provide the information or function you need.

Please include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use, if any. Reports are read by a person, not a bot, and are never used for anything other than fixing the problem.

5. Enforcement and formal complaints

We would rather fix a problem than argue about it, so please contact us first. If you are in the United States and are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, at ada.gov.

6. Technical information

The website is built with standard HTML, CSS and JavaScript and is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, and with screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS. Accessibility is assessed with a combination of automated checks, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and the feedback we receive.
